You have 2 options
1. Use coin control to unlock
+ Go to Send ==> Inputs ==> Righ click on the addess that have 100000 Smart and choose `Unlock Unspend` ===> send out smart as normal
Please note when you do live above and restart wallet it will Lock unspend and you have to go again
2. Edit smartnode.conf file
Commend the config line on smartnodes.conf by put # at the beginning line ===> restart wallet ==> send out smart as normal
